CWD Magazine: "CWD Locker Room at a Glance"
Tensions arise amongst California Wrestling Division's most popular stars each and everyday with the duo of Britney Anders and Kendrick Kross ending up as the topic of discussion. Mischa Killings and many others agree that the duo needs to just keep quiet, but anyone who knows anyone knows Britney and quiet do not go well together. Despite her record she still packs the ability to back up her words. At anytime she will strike. And when she strikes, she strikes with force.The Doll has had a rough start to CWD during the Global Wrestling Tours and after some time off we believe she has returned better than ever. Anders has decided to align herself with bad boy Kendrick Kross the California Heritage Champion, and the two are almost made for each other.
Both are known for double crossing their friends to get ahead but both are also not to be taken lightly. In their debut as a team it was a game of who gets the spotlight that ultimately ended in Kendrick Kross retaining his gold in a situation that was nearly certain to fail.
The two have since then hit it off in an amazing bff relationship where the two look to be on course for dominance in CWD.
But don't just focus on those two because CWD has many others who are all on the same rollercoaster ride. Currently the returning Samantha Hamilton, the fearless Equinox, and the lone-standing Dog of War, Maki are set to compete for the coveted California Pride Championship. These three earned their way for this opportunity and good golly is the pressure on or what?! With Maki looking to continue the dominance under the Dogs of War flag, The Titaness is looking to end all things Dogs of War related amongst the California Wrestling Division. Throw the resilient Equinox into the picture and you've got a five star rated, match of the week, and a recipe for complete chaos!
These competitors are hungry and rightfully so. With Kendrick Kross solely spotlighted currently these three will look to push him to the side a bit and shine even brighter as the face of the promotion. Who will make the leap into superstardom? In my opinion, I think Equinox pulls off the upset. A clear underdog and the one man who has been a real fighter in CWD. A few tough opponents and he has not capitalized on grabbing the brass ring, but I think he'll finally grab that ring.
We also have the Hollywood Honors Cup Selections coming and with the new names being signed, this promises to be one hell of an opportunity. Mr. Roerich has reeled in such names as, Dax Beckett, Bishop Kroft, Jazmin Davis, Dickie Watson, and Jonny Hollywood within a weeks time and it seems the apparent buzz created will continue.
The CWD locker room at a glance looks like a haven of hungry and ambitious competitors seeking a chance to showcase their skillsets. It's a stacked roster with potential to go far and the fan won't be disappointed. The move forward looks promising as a lot of these talents are veteran talents still in their prime.
