Good Morning LA

Applause can be heard from the studio audience as Britney Anders sits in a plush, white chair on the television set for 'Good Morning, LA'. Two hosts sit across from her, Dave Carrol, and Cindy Marks. Both television hosts where a smile as Dave is the first to speak to the guest.

DAVE CARROL: "First, I have to say good morning to our guest, the lovely Britney Anders. I can see why they call you a Doll."

Britney, loving the attention, smiles and fans herself as Cindy laughs.

CINDY MARKS: "Calm down, Dave. But seriously, welcome Britney. How are you doing this morning?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "I'm Britney Anders, so of course I'm doing perfect. How about you guys?"

DAVOR CARROL: "Much better now that you're here."

Co-host, Cindy Marks shoots Dave a glare but then quickly fires off a question.

CINDY MARKS: "It was announced last night, via social media, that you would be making your long awaited return to a wrestling ring for California Wrestling Division, formerly Global Wrestling Division. You also have the opportunity to compete for the California Heritage Championship. How does all of this feel?"

Britney flips her hair confidently as she relaxes back in her chair.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "For the last few months, I've been stuck sitting ringside in a chair, watching all of my peers compete for championships. Do you have any idea how hard that was? Watching the less pretty, the less talented, and honestly? The less exciting people that made up that company succeed, while I was sidelined with an ankle injury? Now, I was CLEARLY the shining star at the commentators table, but I'm ready to be the star in the ring again."

DAVE CARROL: "How is that ankle doing by the way?"

He looks down at her feet as she kicks them back and forth while sitting on the chair.

DAVE CARROL: "You know if you need a massage, I was told that I have hands of magic."

He flashes a grin to the studio audience who laugh as his co-host scoffs.

CINDY MARKS: "Who told you that, your wife? The wife that will probably be divorcing you after seeing this?"

The studio audience laughs.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "At least he could say he was able to put his hands on THE Living Doll, yeah?"

With a cute scrunch of her nose, the studio audience clap for the charismatic wrestler as Cindy transitions.

CINDY MARKS: "Anyway, your big return sees you team with the current California Heritage Champion, Kendrick Kross. You two will be taking on the very impressive team of Team Atari. From what I understand, the winning participant of the match will walk out with the gold. Can you and Kendrick trust each other out there with so much at stake?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "That's the question that everybody wants the answer to. All I will say is this, I'm the smartest person in this match. I will make the decision that best benefits me, but make no mistakes, the end game? I'm walking out a champion. I won't 'screw' Kendry over just to make him look silly. I want that title. Gold is a girls best friend, and who would look better with gold around her waist than me?"

DAVE CARROL: "Nobody."

CINDY MARKS: "Can we show a little professionalism here please, Dave?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Why don't you show some professionalism miss 'my dye job is so bad that my roots are showing'?"

The studio audience goes silent, stunned as Britney continues.

BRINEY ANDERS: "For this entire interview, you have been condescending towards me, and I get it. You're intimidated that I'm on this stage and the people here give zero Pomeranian turds about you at the moment. But please, treat me with the respect that a future champion deserves."

Swallowing a proverbial lump in her throat, aka her pride, Cindy sits straight up and maintains a straight face.

CINDY MARKS: "My research shows that Team Atari have been quite impressive since signing with the California based wrestling promotion last month. They have the advantage, to most, due to their experience as a team. What will be your strategy to overcome that?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Really? I get it, they have the experience teaming, but, look at it like this. I'm ALWAYS the single best wrestler in the match. At the end of the day, we ALL want to be champion, right? I can work with Kendry long enough to take out the masked miscreants, but at the end? Only one person's hand will be raised, and that will be mine. I can't wait to make the referee strap that gold around my waist."

DAVE CARROL: "So...freakin..hot."

Britney smirks, satisfied as Cindy scoffs once more.

CINDY MARKS: "Isn't your partner's name, Kendrick?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Kendry."

CINDY MARKS: "Let's say things don't go according to plan, hypothetically of course, and you don't walk out a champion at Wrestling Clinic 1. Do you return to the commentators table, or are you back, full time, as an active wrestler?"

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Let's just say, hypothetically of course, that you ask ridiculously stupid questions, okay sweetie?"

The fire from The Living Doll is evident as she leans in, on the edge of her seat, staring at the television host.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "To answer aforementioned ridiculous question, I'm back. For good. Now let me ask you a question. Why am I sitting here, and not Kendry, or one of Team Atari?"

Cindy shrugs.

CINDY MARKS: "With all due respect, we as hosts don't select our guests. The station does and we-"

Britney interrupts her.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "EXACTLY! Now you're getting it. The station is all about what? Ratings. Would Team Atari generate ratings? Uhhhh noooope. Kendry? He's my partner so I won't say anything rude about him other than he clearly belongs in my shadow. I'm here because I'm the main attraction of this match, and when the bell rings, I will be the new California Heritage champion. Will I 'screw' over my partner? Will I show Team Atari that this isn't an old, extinct, out dated game? Will I debut a new move? To get the answer to all of those questions, you need to tune in on April 30th."

CINDY MARKS: "Well Wrestling Clinic 1 is the event, April 30th is the date, Hollywood California is the location. Team ATARI team up to take on Kendrick Kross and Britney Anders with the winner walking away California Heritage champion. This is an event you surely won't want to miss."

DAVE CARROL: "I know I won't miss Brit...I mean it."

Britney grins ear to ear.

CINDY MARKS: "I would like to wish you good luck, Ms.Anders."

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Luck is for losers, so I'm good on that, but hey, good luck in your next interview, girly."

The studio audience gasps as Britney continues insulting the host. Cindy Marks pauses and takes in a deep breath to maintain her composure. Keeping a professional demeanor, she wraps up the interview.

CINDY MARKS: "I can see why you are must see tv, you never know what's going to come out of your mouth. Wrestling Clinic 1, April 30th. You guys have a great rest of your day."

Britney, ever the outspoken one, has to get the last word.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Make sure you follow me on Twitter at @livingdollbrit for all of the deets on my upcoming championship celebration. Oh and tweet CWD and let them know that Team Atari should upgrade their name. Wasn't Atari big before any of us were even born? Well, besides Cindy Marks here who shows her age with those gray hairs."

Britney giggles.

BRITNEY ANDERS: "Byyyyeeeeee!"

Britney stands up and waves at the studio audience as a back drop fills the large screen behind her, promoting the big tag team match at Wrestling Clinic 1 before we fade to a commercial break.
